Banana Berry Smoothie

1 banana
1 pear
1/2 cup of mixed berries
(I used strawberries and raspberries)
filtered water

There's no better summer snack than a fruit smoothie that cools you down and provides you with some much needed vitamins. Drinking our food allows our bodies to absorb the precious nutrients much faster, and by eliminating all the tiresome chewing from the equation, it enables us to consume more produce than we normally could. What's the best part, you ask? The endless combinations of fruits and veggies!
