I always admired style icons who excel at combining large numbers of patterns and colors into cohesive outfits. But as much as I aspire to one day have their eye for mixing, once in a while I need to return to the simplicity of monochromatic and matchy-matchy looks. There's something utterly reassuring about this minimalism of shades, and with the right hues, something very modern as well. 

 That's exactly how I feel about this outfit. I love how the electric blue adds interest while maintaining just the right amount of simplicity. And I definitely enjoy throwing together such worry free outfits during weekends.
